What is Ramen?

Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles (chūkamen) served in a broth common flavors are soy sauce and miso, with typical toppings including sliced pork (chāshū), nori (dried seaweed),
menma (bamboo shoots), and scallions.
