3. Keep the packaging with the promo code safe and in good condition.

5. On the site, select “Philippines” from the list of countries provided.
6. Fill up the following information as database content for the promotion:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Complete Address City
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Product Barcode (indicated on the promo pack)
7. Click ‘Enter Now’ to submit the entry or ‘Cancel’ if one is cancelling the participation.
