#2LaBS Members Visited The Gardenia Plant at Binan, Laguna

Together with other members of 2nd Laguna Blogging Summit (#2LaBS), we’ve visited the Gardenia Plant at Binan, Laguna last August 27.

Gardenia at the second time around will be one of the sponsor of the upcoming 2nd Laguna Blogging Summit to be held on October 15-16, 2013 at the Cultural Center of Laguna.

This is my first time in Binan and visited the Gardenia plant. I had the chance to get in to their plant and seen how there breads made.

Photos above shows the process how Gardenia bread made. From Ingredient Preparation, Dough Mixing, Rounding, Final Proofing up to Automatic Bagging. To insure there breads are safe, they used Metal Detactor machine as one of their last stage to secure that all the breads are safe and have expiration dates label on each pack.

There is also Free Plant Tour here that is schedule every Monday thru Fridays from 7:00AM to 4:00PM. You can take a photo with you and your family here as one of the photo booth located outside the plant area.

I had a great time while in our tour in this place. Not just that, Gardenia gave us plenty of breads / products. It’s true to their slogan that “Masarap Kahit Walang Palaman”, I love their products specially their Classic Bread and Date and Walnuts. This are my favorite now.
